The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions or needs. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a shopping center nearby.
The rooms were quite small and felt a bit cramped, especially if staying for an extended period of time. The noise from the nearby road was quite loud and disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

We were travelling from UK to Finland to attend our son's wedding and stopped at Malmo to break our journey. We chose the hotel because it was in a convenient place to get back to the Malmo to Stockholm motorway. The hotel was quiet, and I liked the refrigerator on the upstairs corridor for the use of guests.
The staff were good on the whole. We ate in the dining room on Saturday 25th June evening. I ordered a meal which had asparagus in it and it was only as I was finishing my meal that i noticed I had not had any asparagus. I was tired after travelling.I mentioned it to the waitress and she said the chef must have forgotten to put it on my plate. She didn't apologise nor offer to refund me the cost of the meal.

We had a very nice room with a balcony, good curtains. We didn't hear any noice from the rooms nextdoor. The beds were very good as well. We had a very tasty dinner in the restaurant for a reasonable price. We didn't have to wait long, the waitress was very kind.

Located near the racecourse and shopping center, the hotel offers convenience for those interested in horse racing or shopping. You can easily catch a bus to the center of the city from the bus stop right outside the hotel. the large rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant stay. the breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. the hotel also provides complimentary tea, coffee, water, and fruit in the foyer throughout the day.
The noise from the nearby road and air conditioning fans can be bothersome when the windows are open.

Very nice staff, good rooms. Surprisingly, a rather ugly building in a rather uninteresting suburban environment offers rooms nicely aranged around a well maintained garden, with water, flowers, etc, and makes for a very enjoyable stay for a last stay in Sweden before flying from Copenhagen airport.

Kind staff, some free parking lots, free sauna and relax area, extensive breakfast
A little bit too far away from city centre (however there was a good bus connection)

Clean room and friendly staff. Room had a balcony with a nice view. the breakfast spread was diverse and tasty.
Noisy and uncomfortable beds that kept me up at night. the location was not ideal as it was far from the city center and public transportation was limited.

The hotel restaurant is excellent. Very professional staff from the waiting staff to the kitchen. The food is not expensive but is very, very good.
Unfortunately this is not a great hotel. The rooms are spread out over endless passageways and when you do finally get there, they are lacking basic comforts. The hotel is very expensive even booking through Booked.net but at the end of the day is a very basic three star hotel. The restaurant is excellent but the hotel itself is no where near the same quality. The reception and housekeeping staff are very unhelpful and unfriendly.

OK value for money, good size rooms.
Room to be paid upon arrival. Bar, restaurant etc to be paid immediately, not possible to charge to room.
